Anca Platon Trifan, CMP, DES, WMEP, is the driving force behind Tree-Fan Events LLC, where she leads in blending AI with event planning and production. Anca Platon Trifan – is the dynamic CEO and strategist behind Tree-Fan Events LLC, a woman-led boutique event planning and production agency rooted in the Treasure Valley. Anca, a Certified Event Professional and Digital Event Strategist, is an acclaimed leader in the industry, earning multiple awards, including the 2023 Smart Meetings Catalyst Quantum Leap Award, Smart Woman in Meetings Award, 40 under 40 BizBash Connect Corporate Meetings 2022, and the 2022 #womentowatch.

She also won the 2021 Quickest Virtual Event Pivot Award for her ability to adapt and innovate swiftly. Beyond her leadership role at Tree-Fan Events LLC, Anca has launched a sister company, FIT MINDFUL MAVENS, and is the also the producer and host of the “Events: Demystified” Podcast, producer of Return on Wellness YouTube Series, and the founder of the online community “Women Behind The Scenes in Events (tech + prod).” As an engaging speaker and entrepreneur, she fervently advocates for women in tech-focused industries. Complementing her professional pursuits, Anca is a natural bodybuilding competitor, first place winner in the Bikini and Wellness categories, passionately promoting mental and physical fitness among entrepreneurs, women, and event professionals.

Originally from Romania, Anca is an AV Unicorn that has worked in event production for over twenty years, and has extensive experience and knowledge in the areas of AV + Lighting + Live-streaming, technical event planning, event design, and management, and will walk you through the entire event planning and production process with the highest level of standards to design a perfect and seamless event.

Anca‘s many years of working large-scale events on the front lines as a technical event producer, with the added skills of being a professional FOH (front-of-house) sound engineer, live-streamer, and video director, have paved the way for planning and executing different types of events while wearing numerous hats over the years.

Anca is an advocate for women in the technology world, which is fueled by a deep conviction and passion that there’s a need for more women role models in the production event world.

Through the means of speaking and podcasting as well as by personal example, Anca wants to encourage and empower women to believe in their unique selves, skills, talents, creativity, emotional intelligence, and sensibility that can provide an amazing contribution to the technology and event production world!

She is an eternal optimist and a strong believer in the goodness of people, as well as passionate about the outdoors, environmental sustainability, lover of all things alive and green (hence the company name: Tree-fan), community involvement, and development.
