GUEST BIO
Brittney Cobb is a seasoned hospitality professional and luxury meeting & event planner with over 22 years of experience creating exceptional experiences across hotels, casinos, food & beverage, and live events. Currently serving as a Global Meeting & Event Planner with Innov8 Meetings+Events, Brittney is known for her meticulous attention to detail, calm leadership under pressure, and a client-first mindset that turns ideas into unforgettable experiences.
A graduate of East Carolina University with a degree in Hospitality Management and a minor in Business, Brittney has produced and coordinated hundreds of events ranging from corporate retreats to large-scale conferences & tradeshows. She is deeply skilled in contract negotiation, budget management, production logistics, and vendor relations—and is most at home when she’s transforming a vision into reality.
In addition to her planning expertise, Brittney is a Managing Partner of Assemble Hospitality, where she is pioneering the development of purpose-built micro retreat venues designed specifically for small corporate off-sites and leadership retreats. With the belief that big things happen in small meetings, Brittney is helping redefine what productive, high-impact retreats look like—offering custom spaces that foster connection, creativity, and collaboration in a boutique setting.
Beyond the ballroom, Brittney is no stranger to the spotlight. A confident communicator, she’s been featured on national television shows such as This Is Us and Nashville, appeared in commercials, served as a live event host and emcee, and holds multiple pageant titles that honed her natural stage presence from a young age. Whether behind the scenes or on the mic, Brittney brings charisma, creativity, and confidence to every setting.
Brittney has received the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce Customer Service Award multiple times and is widely respected for her professionalism, warmth, and creative edge.
Raised in the country but thriving in the city, Brittney is equal parts sweet and sass. She’s a self-proclaimed taco enthusiast, coffee-before-wine type of gal, and an unapologetic shoe-lover (ask her about the pantry-turned-shoe closet). She currently resides in Boise, ID with her husband, two bonus sons, tuxedo cat LouLou, and a growing family of houseplants.
Life highlights? Aoudad Hunt in Texas, Flying an Extra 330LC plane upside down, landing in a helicopter by a waterfall in Hawaii, and delivering heartfelt eulogies for her grandmothers. Brittney believes life is too short for boring events—and too important for anything less than meaningful connection.
