Reina Herschdorfer is the Director of Marketing for National Meetings and Events at Caesars Entertainment, overseeing marketing, PR, and social media for a $500M meetings division across 40+ US properties. With over 20 years of leadership experience in hospitality and events—including roles at Accor Hotels, Disneyland Paris, Starwood, and IHG—Reina has launched major venues like CAESARS FORUM and led initiatives like the $400M Atlantic City reinvestment campaign. Her work has earned her accolades such as the Chairman’s Award, Smart Women Hall of Fame Award, and HSMAI Bronze Adrian Award for Best Integrated Marketing Campaign. Originally from The Netherlands, Reina brings a global perspective, having lived in five countries and speaking five languages.
